Who we are and this agreement

Rally Lane is operated by Luc Schurgers (“Rally Lane,” “we,” or “us”). Contact us through our support form. These terms cover rallylane.app and the Rally Lane software service. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is designed for business content creation. The Privacy Policy explains personal data handling; the Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.

What the service provides

Rally Lane provides brand workspaces, AI-assisted content creation, review tools, and supported social publishing features when enabled for your workspace. The pricing page describes each plan’s limits. Availability shown on the website and during onboarding applies; a preview, inquiry, or demonstration is not a promise of immediate access.

Software subscriptions provide online access after successful payment and account activation. No physical goods are shipped. Contact support if paid access does not appear. Managed services and full project handover require a separate written scope.

Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your invited team members and the permissions you give them. Use only social accounts you are authorized to manage.

Do not share credentials publicly, bypass plan limits, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another customer’s data.

Prices and recurring payments

Starter is USD $79 per month, Growth USD $149 per month, and Studio USD $399 per month. Your order and checkout show the selected plan, recurring charge, and any applicable tax. By confirming a subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for that subscription each month until canceled. There is no free trial unless explicitly offered at checkout.

AI credits reset monthly without rollover and have no cash value. We do not automatically charge for AI overages. Separate services or upstream usage fees require agreement before charging. If payment fails, paid features may be restricted until billing is resolved.

Plan changes take effect as described in the billing portal and may be prorated. We will give advance notice of changes to your recurring price; you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal online through Billing → Manage subscription, or contact support if you cannot access the portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps paid access through the current paid period. Your first software subscription payment is refundable on request within 14 calendar days. Other refunds and managed-service cancellation are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation does not itself delete workspace data. Export your work while you have access and contact support for full account deletion.

Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in material you upload. You give us permission to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as needed to provide and support the service, including sending selected material to AI and publishing providers at your direction. You must have the rights and permissions needed for images, trademarks, personal information, and other content you supply.

AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for publication. Review claims, product details, likenesses, and rights before using it. We do not promise exclusivity, copyright protection, or that generated material is free of third-party claims. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your generated content to the extent rights in it can be held.

Do not upload unlawful content, sensitive identity or payment documents, confidential credentials, or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive claims.

Connected services and publishing

Social connections and delivery depend on Zernio and the relevant networks. Their terms, permissions, availability, and format limits also apply. Only enable publishing when you are authorized and ready for the selected content to become public. Human review settings and scheduled publishing choices are your responsibility.

Providers can reject or delay posts, change their APIs, or disconnect accounts. We cannot guarantee publication times, audience reach, revenue, or platform availability. Check delivery status and revoke connected permissions when you no longer need them.

Availability and suspension

We use reasonable care to operate the service, but outages, maintenance, errors, or changes may occur. No service-level guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing. Keep copies of content that is important to your business.

We may restrict access to address security risks, unlawful use, material breaches, or unpaid fees. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved. If we discontinue a paid service during a prepaid period, we will provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated here, and we are not responsible for indirect loss or lost profits caused by your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that the law does not allow us to limit, including mandatory consumer protections.

Contact support first about any problem so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to seek a remedy through a competent court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date appears above. For material changes affecting existing subscriptions, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the service or account email, except where an urgent legal or security change is needed. You may cancel before new subscription terms take effect. A separately agreed written service scope controls where it specifically differs from these terms.
