A text draft uses 1 AI credit. An image + caption set uses 2 AI credits. The examples above assume you use all your credits for image + caption sets.
Credits are shared across your brands and reset monthly without rollover. Editing, reviewing, and scheduling existing posts do not use AI credits.
AI allowance is a generation budget, not a promise of unique posts published. Autopilot uses the same allowance. Retained content limits: 500 / 2,000 / 10,000 items for Starter / Growth / Studio.

What happens when I reach a limit?
New AI generation stops when your credit allowance is used. You can continue editing and scheduling existing content. Upgrade for more room; we do not automatically charge for extra credits.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Use Billing to open the subscription portal. It shows the available plan changes, any prorated amount, and your renewal date before you confirm. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the current paid period.
Do I need to buy Zernio separately?
The publishing account allowance in your Rallylane plan covers the standard Zernio connection cost. X has separate upstream usage costs, which must be agreed before it is connected. If you move to your own deployment, provider billing moves to your own accounts as part of the handover plan.
Do you offer annual plans?
We are starting with monthly plans so you can build confidence at your own pace. Annual billing is not currently offered.
What is included in a full handover?
Workspace data, media, the agreed project source bundle, and operating documentation. Deployment migration, third-party accounts, and ongoing hosting are scoped separately. Your data export is available independently of a managed service.
